1. Railseal - an Interface for Railway Tracks

PPI Railseal profiles are designed to provide a smooth surface for motor vehicle and pedestrian crossings. They are engineered to increase the effective performance life of surface materials and track structures when rail is imbedded in bituminous asphalt or concrete. The patented profiles are designed to provide a flexible transition between the surface materials and the dynamic track structure. Performance Polymers' unique patented sealing design and end locking system substantially reduces moisture infiltration and the resulting contamination of the ballast. Specific profiles are available for all rail sizes and fastening configurations. Profiles also can be designed for specific applications.

2. Vibration Dampening pads for Concrete Highway Grade Crossings.

The patented pads are designed as an interface between preformed concrete surface panels and concrete ties at Rail / Highway intersection. The pads are engineered to maximize vibration dampening and load distribution. The patented side flap holds the pad in place during installation and eliminates the possibility of the pad movement in service.
